For their 1993 production of The Merry Wives of Windsor, The Dallas Shakespeare Festival hired me to arrange/orchestrate all the music which was mostly popular songs from the 1930s and write two new songs. The production was directed by famed English Shakespearean director and playwright Charles Marowitz. Unfortunately, I only have 5 of the recorded tracks left today.
